Clarksburg recorded 12 property transfers between Sept. 18 and Oct. 17, but only three carried sale prices so far, ranging from $50,000 to $348,000 with a median of $315,000.
Cheshire recorded 17 property transfers from Sept. 18 to Oct. 17, but only five carried a listed sale price, ranging from $47,600 to $380,000, with a median of $80,000.
Twelve property transfers were recorded in Becket between Sept. 18 and Oct. 17, but only three included sale prices: $100,000 for 30 Maple St., $135,306 for 343 Brooker Hill Rd., and $560,000 for 279 Old Pond Rd., the period's top sale, sold to Lee Bank. The median among priced sales was $135,306.
Seven property transfers were recorded in Alford between Sept. 18 and Oct. 17, but only one, the $750,000 sale at 150 Green River Valley Road on Sept. 25, had a price posted in registry data.
Northern Berkshire Registry of Deeds records show 12 transfers recorded in Adams from Sept. 18 to Oct. 17, with five carrying a sale price ranging from $30,000 to $280,000 and a median of $195,000. The month's top transaction was 48 Alger St., which sold for $280,000.
