EGREMONT -- Eleven property transfers were recorded at the Southern Berkshire Registry of Deeds for Egremont between Sept. 18 and Oct. 17, but only one carried a sale price by the time records were compiled, leaving most of the period's market activity undocumented in dollar terms for now.

NEIGHBORHOOD BREAKDOWN Hillsdale Road saw the most activity, with three separate transfers recorded during the period: 110 Hillsdale Road, 118 Hillsdale Road and 216 Hillsdale Road. Two entries referencing Town House Hill Road, listed as "3 Town House Hill Rd" and "3 Townhouse Hill Rd," were both recorded Sept. 24 with no buyer listed in either record. Similarly, two entries for "67 Mount Washington Rd" and "67 Mt Washington Rd" were both recorded Sept. 22, both listing the estate of James Nicoll Cooper as seller, suggesting these may reflect the same property recorded under slightly different address formats. Outside those clusters, individual transfers were recorded on Main Street and Millard Road. With only one confirmed price across all 11 transfers, no price-tier breakdown is possible for this period.
