Adams home sale prices span $30,000 to $280,000 in latest deed filings

ADAMS -- Twelve deed transfers were recorded in Adams during the period from Sept. 18 to Oct. 17, according to Northern Berkshire Registry of Deeds records, with five of those transactions showing a recorded sale price so far.

Of those, five carry a sale price, ranging from $30,000 to $280,000, with a median sale price of $195,000 among the priced transactions.
