Savoy's Three Priced August Sales Span $76,072 To $164,000

SAVOY -- Ten property transfers were recorded in Savoy between July 31 and Aug. 29, but only three of them included a sale price in the registry data so far, ranging from $76,072 to $164,000. The remaining transfers were either nominal-consideration transfers, several involving the town of Savoy, or sales whose prices have not yet reached the registry.

MARKET OVERVIEW Of the 10 deed transfers recorded during the period, three carried a market sale price: $164,000, $96,000 and $76,072, for a median of $96,000. Four transfers were nominal-consideration transfers, recorded for token amounts under $10,000 and not counted as market sales. Three additional transfers had no price yet available in the data. A second deed recorded the same day for the same address, also naming Parkington as seller, did not yet show a price. 331 Loop Road sold for $96,000 on Aug. 18. Peter R. Mare and Therese Mare were the sellers; Ty Stockman and Emily K.D. Stockman were the buyers. 10 Haskins Road sold for $76,072 on Aug. 5. John Michael Bradbury and Kayla Pierce were the sellers; Lakeview Loan Servicing LLC and Dart Collateral Manager LLC were the buyers.

NEIGHBORHOOD BREAKDOWN Jackson Road: Both recorded transfers in the period were at 30 Jackson Road, one priced at $164,000 and one with no price yet available, both naming Stephanie Lynne Parkington as seller. Loop Road: Two transfers were recorded on Loop Road, a $96,000 sale at 331 Loop Road and a nominal-consideration transfer at 26 Loop Road from Rudolph Barlik and Nathan Black to the town of Savoy. Old Main Road: Two transfers at 115 Old Main Road were recorded, one a nominal-consideration transfer from Eric P. Krutiak and Julie A. Krutiak to Eric P. Krutiak TR and Julie A. Krutiak TR, and a second deed for the same address with no price yet available. Other streets: Single transfers were recorded at 301 Black Brook Road (nominal consideration, Harold E. Harwood to the town of Savoy) and 96 Main Road (nominal consideration, Sean Taylor to the town of Savoy). One additional transfer, address not specified beyond Savoy, listed Robert F. Veronesi and Janice R. Veronesi as sellers with no price yet available.
