ADAMS -- The Northern Berkshire Registry of Deeds recorded 15 property transfers in Adams from Aug. 7 to Sept. 5, with disclosed sale prices ranging from $1,208 to $345,000 and a median of $211,700 among the eight transactions that listed a price.

TOP SALES The highest-priced transaction was 18 Dubis St, which sold for $345,000 on Aug. 10. The seller was Dylan N. Alibozek; the buyers were Thomas M. Kondel and Donna L. Kondel.

A property recorded only under the general "Adams, MA" address, without a street number listed in the deed data, sold for $342,000 on Aug. 7. The sellers were Alfred G. Gelinas and Amy R. Gelinas, as trustees; the buyer was Grace Enterprises LLC.

1 Jordan St sold for $290,000 on Aug. 7. The seller was Leydet Properties LLC; the buyer was Ruby Lending LLC.

20 Overlook Ter sold for $213,400 on Aug. 7. The sellers were Tyler Scott Dewey and Vanessa Marie Dewey; the buyer was Greylock Federal Credit Union.
