WILLIAMSTOWN -- Nineteen property deeds were recorded in Williamstown between Sept. 4 and Oct. 3, but only four carried a sale price as of this report, led by a $942,000 transfer on Simonds Road.

7 Sycamore Drive sold for $31,000 on Sept. 15. Noah Smalls and Shawnette J. Smalls were the sellers; Greylock Federal Credit Union was the buyer.
