CLARKSBURG -- Twelve property deeds were recorded in Clarksburg between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, with disclosed sale prices ranging from $25,000 to $450,000, according to Northern Berkshire Registry of Deeds records. Most of the month's recordings, however, did not include a sale price.
