RICHMOND -- Twelve real estate transactions recorded at the Middle Berkshire Registry of Deeds between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19 covered properties across town, but only one carried a sale price by the time records were reviewed, leaving most of the period's activity still pending on the value side.
