Recorded sale prices in Williamstown span $5,876 to $699,000 this period

Flower, trustee, and the Iris Nominee Trust. A second deed recorded the same day for the same address, from William C. Flower, trustee, and Kate L. Flower, carries no price yet.

132 White Oaks Rd sold for $432,000 on Aug. 31. Daniel J. Shinnick and Danielle Celeste Graves Williamson sold the property to Adams Community Bank. A companion deed for the same address and the same sellers, recorded the same day, has no price on file.

412 North St sold for $228,000 on Aug. 28. Michele S. Casey was the seller; the buyers of record are Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. and Island Mortgage Corp.

25 Adams Rd was recorded at $5,876 on Sept. 1. Willowood of Williamstown Inc. and Williamstown Commons were the sellers, with Berkshire Gas Co. as buyer.
