• The period's highest-priced transaction was 138 Kingsley Rd., which sold Aug. 11 for $1,400,000. Craig J. Heffner and Carol J. Heffner were the sellers; the buyer of record is Kingsley Road Realty Trust, with Sharon D. Pepek as trustee. The second-highest priced sale was 1165 Reservoir Rd., which transferred Aug. 12 for $449,000 from JWP Reservoir Nominee Trust, with Marianne Egan as trustee, to Holly Amatruda and John Amatruda. A second deed recorded the same day for the same Reservoir Road address lists Jay W. Pershing and Marianne Egan as grantors with no consideration stated, suggesting a related conveyance in the same transaction. The property at 1407 E.
