LEE -- Middle Berkshire Registry of Deeds records show 16 property transfers in Lee between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19, but only five carried a listed sale price by the time records were compiled. Those five ranged from $100,000 to $761,000, with a median of $650,000.

MARKET OVERVIEW

Sixteen deeds were recorded in Lee over the four-week period. Of those, five included a consideration amount, ranging from $100,000 to $761,000 with a median sale price of $650,000. The other 11 entries, including trust, estate and bank-related transfers, had no price listed as of this reporting; that is common for recently filed deeds and typically reflects a lag in the data reaching the registry rather than any withholding of information. Based on the raw count alone, 16 recorded transfers is a moderate volume for a town the size of Lee, though comparison to prior months is not possible without additional data.
