HINSDALE -- Fourteen property transactions were recorded in Hinsdale between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, with disclosed sale prices ranging from $10,000 to $450,000 and a median of $310,000 among the five transactions that listed a price.

Of the 14 recorded transactions, five listed a sale price, ranging from $10,000 to $450,000, with a median of $310,000. At 221 Ashmere Road, the property sold for $386,000 on Aug. 28; the seller was Dena S. Kleinman, and the buyers were Todd A. Drummey and Terri L. Drummey, both listed as trustees. The property at 103 Holmes Road sold for $310,000 on Aug. 31; the seller was Kevin Stacey, and the buyer was Centreville Bank. At 119 Robinson Road, the property sold for $200,000 on Aug. 27; the sellers were Robert J. Gaudette and Kimberly A. Yarter. A parcel with no listed street address sold for $10,000 on Aug. 21; the sellers were Therese M. Vecchiarelli and Timothy J. Vecchiarelli, acting as attorney, and the buyer was Dennis M. Messana.

Creamery Road had two recorded transactions during the period: 69 Creamery Road, which sold for $450,000, and 41 Creamery Road, for which no price was disclosed. Both listed Emily A. Walsh and Travis R. Walsh as sellers and were recorded the same day, Aug. 19. Ashmere Road also had two entries tied to the same property at 221 Ashmere Road, one recording a $386,000 sale and a related deed reference with no price disclosed, both recorded Aug. 28. Robinson Road likewise had two entries for 119 Robinson Road: the $200,000 deed and a related mortgage filing, both recorded Aug. 27. Among the five disclosed prices, all fell under $500,000, ranging from $10,000 to $450,000.
