EGREMONT -- Fifteen property transfers were recorded in Egremont between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5, but sale prices were disclosed in only four of them, limiting what the deed data shows about the town's overall price trends this period.

Of those, four disclosed a sale price, ranging from $90,000 for a property on Bott Hill Road to $825,000 for a property on Millard Road.
