Vandeusen Jr.

NEIGHBORHOOD BREAKDOWN Two transfers involved streets carrying the Green River name: 64 Green River Rd. ($145,000, disclosed) and 19 Green River Valley Rd. (price not disclosed). The other addressed transfers were spread across individual streets, including Westwood Drive, East Road, Riverside Farm Road and West Road, with no other street appearing more than once. One transfer, an Aug. 5 filing, listed no street address, only "Alford, MA," in the deed record.
