NEIGHBORHOOD BREAKDOWN Three addresses each generated three separate recorded filings this period, though not all represent standard sales. 73 Columbia St. shows three entries dated Aug. 17-18, each with Kareh Realty Inc. as buyer and no seller or price listed; the records reference a mortgage book, an assignment book, and a UCC filing book rather than a single deed. 12 Wenzel Ter. shows three entries dated Aug. 17: two list sellers (Brock E. and Lisa A.
