WINDSOR -- Seven property transfers were recorded in Windsor between Sept. 18 and Oct. 17, but only one carried a sale price in the registry data reviewed for this report, leaving the broader picture of the month's market largely incomplete for now.

Of those, only one, the sale of 1 Access Road, Unit 1, included a consideration amount: $275,000. Wood to the town of Windsor, and separately from the town of Windsor to Michael E. MacDonald and Sandra C. Knox.

NEIGHBORHOOD BREAKDOWN Shaw Road accounted for two of the period's seven transfers, both recorded Sept. 21 and both involving the town of Windsor, first as buyer from the Wood family, then as seller to MacDonald and Knox. No other street had more than one recorded transfer during the period. The remaining five transactions were spread across Access Road, Old Route 9, Route 9, North Street and an unspecified Windsor address, with no other geographic clustering evident in the data.
