LEE -- Four properties changed hands in Lee during the past month, with Lee Bank listed as the buyer in both transactions for which sale prices have been recorded.

MARKET OVERVIEW Four sales were recorded in Lee between Sept. 18 and Oct. 17. Of those, two carry recorded sale prices, ranging from $240,000 to $300,000, with a median of $270,000 between the two. The remaining two sales list price not yet available. With only four total transactions and half still lacking price data, the period shows limited sales volume based on the raw count alone.

TOP SALES The two sales with recorded prices were both completed Sept. 18. The higher-priced transaction was 355 West Road, which sold for $300,000; the sellers were James Comalli and Norma Comalli, and the buyer was Lee Bank. The second was 325 Stockbridge Road, which sold for $240,000; the sellers were Jenifer M. LePrevost and Jennifer LePrevost, and the buyer was Lee Bank. Two additional properties sold the same day but have no recorded price yet: 1571 Pleasant St., sold by John J. Bresnahan Jr. and Tami N. Bresnahan, and a Lee property sold by Holiday Inn Club Vacations Inc. to Frederick Guffey.

NEIGHBORHOOD BREAKDOWN No street recorded more than one sale this period. The two properties with available pricing, 355 West Road and 325 Stockbridge Road, both fall under the $500,000 price tier.
