SHEFFIELD -- Eleven properties changed hands in Sheffield between Sept. 11 and Oct. 10, according to deeds recorded at the Southern Berkshire Registry of Deeds, but only one of those transactions has a sale price on file so far: a $1,215,984 deal on Bay Lane.
