Turgeon sold to Abbie Lundberg and Anthony M. Gross for $281,000 on Sept. 23. The fifth-highest recorded sale was 4 Griffin Hill Rd., sold for $100,000 on Oct. 2 by Adam R. McCusker to Richard O'Loughlin.

NEIGHBORHOOD BREAKDOWN Loop Road saw the most activity of any street, with four recorded transfers. Beyond the $340,000 and $281,000 sales listed above, 262 Loop Rd. changed hands again on Oct. 1, when Greylock Federal Credit Union transferred the property to Kristie L. Gentile and Kristie L. Shook for a price not yet available, and a separate Loop Road deed dated Sept. 23 listed Philip J. Turgeon and Erika M. Turgeon as sellers with no buyer or price recorded.
