Wichmann, trustee of a revocable trust; the buyer was Merrill Road LLC. 792 East Street sold for $355,000. The sellers were Mildred M. Kirby and Daniel T. Kirby, attorney; the buyers were Andy McMeekin and Robert Roy Jr. 34 Galway Court sold for $200,000. Sellers were Peter J. Marcus and Theodore H. Marcus; buyers were Zoe Hagler and Peter J. Marcus, who is listed on both sides of the transaction. 121 East Dugway Road sold for $150,000. The sellers were Christopher G. Cavallero and Lindsey K. Cavallero; the buyer was Greylock Federal Credit Union. A Lenox property without a listed street address sold for $66,896. The seller was Lois H. Sykes; the buyer was Mount Carmel Care Center Inc.

NEIGHBORHOOD BREAKDOWN East Street had two recorded transfers: the $355,000 sale at 792 East Street and an additional, price-undisclosed transfer at 677 East Street from Jocelyn B.
