Residents Corey Drombrey and a second speaker challenged the board over the town's agreement with Lake Champlain Transportation, arguing it bypassed the Zoning Board of Appeals; Town Attorney Matt Favreau, who said he has been "hands off" on the matter since outside counsel Brody Smith was retained, agreed to forward residents' written questions to Smith on behalf of the board.
