The third disclosed sale was 759 North Main Rd, at the Klondike Campground, which sold for $75,000 on July 28. The sellers were listed as North Main Rd Klondike Campground and Patrick L. Odonell; the buyers were Arthur R. and Eileen E. Jensen.

All other recorded transfers in the period listed price not disclosed.
