SANDISFIELD -- Nine property transfers were recorded in Sandisfield during the four-week period from July 17 to August 15, but only one included a disclosed sale price, limiting what the deed data shows about current market values in town.

Maule as buyers. 3 West Street sold July 22, with Greylock Federal Credit Union as seller and Carol A. Riiska and Carol A. Jones as buyers.

NEIGHBORHOOD BREAKDOWN West Street recorded two transfers in the period, 79 West Street and 3 West Street, the only street name to appear more than once in the data set. All other recorded addresses, including Norfolk Road, Stump Road, Sandisfield Road, South Sandisfield Road, South Main Street and Elk Road, appear once each. One transfer, recorded Aug. 10 with Scott C. Guidi as seller, lists no street address, only "Sandisfield, MA," and no buyer name; the deed data does not provide further detail on that entry.

One transaction was a same-owner trust transfer: Julie A. Stefandl to Julie A. Stefandl, Trustee, and the Julie A. Stefandl Revocable Living Trust, for 79 West Street on Aug. 3.
