Two additional recordings tied to the same unit and address, one transferring interest to the City of Pittsfield and another listing Long as seller with no buyer named, did not disclose a price.

NEIGHBORHOOD BREAKDOWN Churchill Crest: Three separate recordings touched 51 Churchill Crest on July 17, including the $299,000 sale from Arooth to Long, a transfer from Arooth to the City of Pittsfield, and a filing listing Long as seller with no buyer named.

Pomeroy Avenue: Two recordings covered 55 Pomeroy Ave, a five-unit property. One, at $400,000, transferred the property from McGowan Pomeroy Properties LLC to Greylock Federal Credit Union; a companion filing addressed rents for the same units without a listed price.

Oswald Avenue: Two recordings covered 10 Oswald Ave, with Juan A. Vasquez Jr. and Richard N. Hopkins listed as sellers on separate filings; neither disclosed a price or named a buyer.
