SHEFFIELD -- Thirteen property transfers were recorded at the Southern Berkshire Registry of Deeds for Sheffield between Sept. 18 and Oct. 17, though sale prices were available for only three of them as of this writing. The recorded prices ranged from $60,000 to $826,000.

136 Clayton Rd. sold for $60,000 on Sept. 28. Maureen L. Blume sold the property to Greylock Federal Credit Union.

NBT Bank NA appeared as buyer in the transfer of 26 School St. from Lee Alan Buttala and then as seller of 650 North Main St. to North Main LLC, both recorded Oct. 1. Berkshire Bank sold 1635 Hewins St. to CMS Properties LLC on Oct. 2, and Greylock Federal Credit Union was the buyer of 136 Clayton Rd. on Sept. 28, the lowest-priced recorded transaction of the period.

A separate group of transfers appear to be family or trust-related rather than open-market sales. The transfer of 216 South Main St. listed Douglas J. Pendergist and Elizabeth B.
