MONTEREY -- Seven properties changed hands in Monterey between Sept. 11 and Oct. 10, according to deeds recorded at the Southern Berkshire Registry of Deeds, but only one of those transactions carries a sale price in the registry's data so far.

MARKET OVERVIEW The registry recorded seven deed transfers in Monterey during the period. Of those, only one, the Oct. 2 sale of 42 Sandisfield Rd., has a recorded consideration amount: $337,500.
