Of those, only one listed a consideration amount: $242,000 for a property on Norfolk Road. Because just one of nine transactions disclosed a price, the reported range and median of $242,000 reflect that single sale rather than a broad sample. The raw count of nine recorded transfers is consistent with ongoing activity in the town, but the near-total absence of disclosed pricing makes it impossible to characterize the month as active or quiet in dollar terms.

The remaining eight recorded transfers did not disclose a sale price. They include: 17 S.
