MONTEREY -- Ten property transfers recorded in Monterey between July 3 and Aug. 1, led by a $1,820,000 sale on Point Road, according to deeds filed with the Southern Berkshire Registry of Deeds. Six of the ten transactions disclosed a sale price; the other four did not, a common feature of estate and trust transfers.

10 Buckingham Ln sold for $1,195,000 on July 10. Sellers Amanda Redler and Adam Schouela transferred the property to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. and Eastern Bank.

25 Fox Hill Rd sold for $400,000 on July 30. Matthew A. Amstead was the seller; Lee Bank was the buyer.

20 Elephant Rock Rd sold for $150,000 on July 20. Katherine Karnoupakis sold the property to Robert E. Brown and Priscilla T. Brown.

715 Main Rd sold for $124,998 on July 8. Sellers Regina E. Moran and Regina Moran transferred the property to Figure Lending LLC and Figure.

NEIGHBORHOOD BREAKDOWN

Fox Hill Road accounted for three of the ten recorded deeds during the period: 25 Fox Hill Rd ($400,000, July 30), 0 Fox Hill Rd ($4,000, July 6) and 19 Fox Hill Rd (price not disclosed, July 6), the largest street-level concentration in the dataset.
