NEIGHBORHOOD BREAKDOWN Two addresses each generated a pair of recorded instruments rather than two separate sales. At 238 Pittsfield Road, Pittsfield LLC and Pittsfield Road LLC conveyed the parcel to Massachusetts Department of Transportation and Highway entities in two separate instruments, both dated Sept. 15. At 265 Housatonic Street, Frank K. Cote and Deborah A. Cote transferred the property to Deborah A. Cote alone, with a related homestead filing recorded the same day. At 12 Sherwood Drive, the priced sale above was accompanied by a separate deed recorded in the name of Lawrence A. Strauss. At 18 Lawton Avenue/Lawton Street, Robin A. McAteer and Charlene A. McAteer each transferred interests to Ryan A. McAteer in two recorded deeds dated Sept. 11. By price tier among the three recorded sale prices: one sale fell under $500,000 (the $125,000 Fairwynds at Cranwell condominium unit), and two fell between $500,000 and $1 million ($684,000 on Plunkett Street and $875,000 on Sherwood Drive).
