PITTSFIELD -- Thirteen deeds were recorded in Pittsfield between July 3 and Aug. 1, but only four listed a sale price, leaving most of the period's property activity undocumented by dollar figures in the public record.

The lowest disclosed price was $40,000 for 7 Caratina Ave, recorded July 6; sellers Yamila Badui Gonzalez and Ricardo Morales transferred the property to Greylock Federal Credit Union.
