EGREMONT -- Eleven property transfers were recorded in Egremont between July 24 and Aug. 22, but only three of them listed a sale price, according to records filed with the Southern Berkshire Registry of Deeds. Disclosed prices ranged from $225,000 to $2,310,000.

Of those, three disclosed a sale price: $225,000, $256,900 and $2,310,000, producing a median disclosed price of $256,900. The seller was Christine McLaughlin; the buyers were Stephen A. Feldman and Jill S. Straus. No bed, bath or square-footage figures were available in the deed records for any of these properties.

NEIGHBORHOOD BREAKDOWN Mount Washington Road recorded two transfers in the period. In addition to the $256,900 sale of 15 Mount Washington Rd., 127 Mount Washington Rd. was transferred from Lee Bank to Marc S. Hacker and Kenneth A. Schwartz on Aug. 4, with no price disclosed.
