East Road Sale Tops Alford Deeds At $792,000 As Price Range Widens

ALFORD -- Six property deeds were recorded in Alford between July 10 and Aug. 8, but only two of them disclosed a sale price. The highest was a $792,000 transfer on East Road, while the period's only other priced sale, a $250,000 property on East Street, went to a credit union.
