NEIGHBORHOOD BREAKDOWN Hancock Road: 1491 Hancock Road appears in four separate filings dated Aug. 21, including deeds involving the Powell and Burdick families and the $328,500 transfer to Greylock Federal Credit Union. Only one of the four carried a disclosed price.

Oblong Road: 324 Oblong Road appears twice on Aug. 24, once in the $563,250 sale to the Loehlins and once in a separate deed transferring the property between David L. Loehlin and David W. Loehlin, price not disclosed.

Luce Road: Two properties on Luce Road recorded activity: 141 Luce Road (Aug. 21, price not disclosed) and 290 Luce Road, a mortgage instrument from MountainOne Bank naming M. Geoffrey Hedden and Christine Menard (Aug. 20, price not disclosed).

Simonds Road: 953 Simonds Road recorded two same-day filings on Aug. 21, both price not disclosed, involving TD Bank N.A. and Riddhi BR LLC.

By price tier, the three disclosed sales split into one under $500,000 (the $120,000 and $328,500 sales) and one over $500,000 (the $563,250 sale). No sales in the $500,000-to-$1 million range carried a disclosed price.
