Billy and Rosemary Billy; the buyer was the Federal Housing Commissioner. 155 River Rd sold for $115,000 on Aug. 11. The seller was Christine A. Griffin; the buyers were Carin Degrenier and Chad Degrenier. A Clarksburg property tied to the Clarksburg Cross Road Nominee Trust sold for $87,919 on Aug. 7. The seller was Kevin Bopp, as trustee of the Clarksburg Cross Road Nominee Trust; the buyer was Pittsfield Cooperative Bank. No street address was listed in the deed record. 67 Carson Ave Unit 7 sold for $32,099 on July 30. The seller was Thomas Liebenow; the buyers were Adams Community Bank and the Federal Home Loan Bank of Boston.

Carson Avenue also accounted for four recorded transfers, all tied to 67 Carson Ave Unit 7, recorded on July 30. The remaining four transfers were spread across separate streets: 191 Hudson Brook Ln, 29 McArthur Dr, 171 Pine Ave, and the unspecified Clarksburg address tied to the Cross Road Nominee Trust.
