CHESHIRE -- Nineteen property deeds were recorded for Cheshire in October 2026, with sale prices ranging from $65,000 to $380,000 among the seven transactions that have a recorded price so far. Financial institutions appeared as either buyer or seller in the majority of the month's filings.

MARKET OVERVIEW Nineteen deeds were recorded for Cheshire properties between Oct. 2 and Oct. 31, a notably high raw count of recorded transactions for a single month in town. Of those, seven carried a sale price as of this writing, ranging from $65,000 to $380,000, with a median of $170,000. The remaining 12 entries show no price yet, which is typical of deed data and usually means the figure has not yet reached the registry rather than any withholding of information.

TOP SALES The highest-priced recorded transaction was 369 East Harbor Rd, which sold for $380,000; sellers Robert B. Bernier and Patricia A. Bernier conveyed the property to Adams Community Bank on Oct. 8. A second deed recorded the same day returned the property from Adams Community Bank to Robert B. and Patricia A. Bernier; that transaction's price is not yet available.

At 573 Notch Rd, Philip D. Carbin Jr. and Christine E. O'Brien Carbin sold to Jeramia Bushika for $295,000, recorded Oct. 29.

At 357 W Mountain Rd, John T. Crosier conveyed the property to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. and Rocket Mortgage LLC for $230,100, recorded Oct. 20.

At 58 Greylock Rd, Joseph B. Johnson conveyed the property to Greylock Federal Credit Union for $170,000, recorded Oct. 28.

At 462 Savoy Rd, Robert C. Blair and Linda A. Blair conveyed the property to Adams Community Bank for $100,000, recorded Oct. 26.

NEIGHBORHOOD BREAKDOWN Notch Road had two addresses in the month's filings: 573 Notch Rd, which sold for $295,000, and 530 Notch Rd, for which a price is not yet available. A separate deed tied to 573 Notch Rd, with sellers listed as Lillian Rose Carbin Est. and Lillian Rose Seckler Est., has no recorded price yet.

East Harbor Road saw two deeds at the same address, 369 East Harbor Rd: the $380,000 transfer to Adams Community Bank and the same-day reconveyance to the Bernier family, price not yet available.

Savoy Road had two addresses: 462 Savoy Rd, which sold for $100,000, and 296 Savoy Rd, recorded in two separate deeds with no price yet available for either.

Four addresses, 573 Notch Rd, 369 East Harbor Rd, 296 Savoy Rd and 506 Richmond Hill Rd, each had two separate deeds recorded within the month.
