CHESHIRE -- Sixteen property transfers were recorded in Cheshire at the Northern Berkshire Registry of Deeds between Sept. 11 and Oct. 10, but only five carried a sale price in the registry's records so far. The highest-priced sale recorded during the period was a $380,000 transfer on East Harbor Road.

1245 West Mountain Road sold for $80,000 on Oct. 6. Sellers Brenda J. Walsh and Christopher Walsh transferred the property to Adams Community Bank.
