BECKET -- Nine properties changed hands in Becket between Sept. 11 and Oct. 10, but sale prices have posted for only two of them so far, leaving the month's full market picture incomplete until the Middle Berkshire Registry of Deeds catches up on pending filings.

TOP SALES 1. 279 Old Pond Rd sold for $560,000 on Sept. 18. Sellers Timothy M. Canty and Karen E. Canty transferred the property to Lee Bank. 2. 83 Beech Tree Ln sold for $450,000 on Sept. 14. Sellers Richard Castricone and Angela Castricone transferred the property to Mason W. Stewart, as trustee of the Mason W. Stewart Revocable Trust Agreement. The remaining seven recorded transfers in Becket this period do not yet have a sale price available: 119 Johnson Rd (Sept. 23), a property listed only as Becket, MA (Sept. 22), 162 YMCA Rd (Sept. 22), 235 McNerney Rd (Sept. 18), 2305 Jacobs Ladder Rd (Sept. 17), 516 Gentian Hollow (Sept. 17), and 168 Greenwater Dr (Sept. 17).
