Two Priced Sales in Clarksburg Range From $10,000 to $30,000 in September

CLARKSBURG -- Eight property transfers were recorded in Clarksburg between Aug. 28 and Sept. 26, but sale prices have posted for only two of them so far, leaving most of the month's market value still to be confirmed at the Northern Berkshire Registry of Deeds.

Eight deeds were recorded during the period. Of those, two carry a recorded sale price so far: $10,000 and $30,000, for a median of $20,000 across the priced transactions. 511 North Eagle St. sold for $30,000 on Sept. 16. The seller was Nathan P. St. Pierre and the buyer was Adams Community Bank.

634 West Cross Rd. sold for $10,000 on Sept. 14. The seller was Michael J. Bushika and the buyer was Greylock Federal Credit Union.

The remaining six recorded transfers, at 128 Lincoln Dr., 654 River Rd. (two separate deed instruments), 112 Wood Rd., 418 N. Houghton St. and 516 North Eagle St., do not yet have prices posted and are not ranked here. Prices for those typically appear in registry data within about a week of recording.

North Eagle Street saw two transfers this period: the $30,000 sale at 511 North Eagle St. on Sept. 16, and a price-pending transfer at 516 North Eagle St. on Aug. 28, in which Greylock Federal Credit Union conveyed the property to Jeffrey A. and Heather J. Bona. River Road also saw two recorded instruments at the same address, 654 River Rd., both dated Sept. 14, both moving from Greylock Federal Credit Union to Chad D. and Carin R. Degrenier under separate mortgage book and page references. The remaining transfers were spread across individual streets: Lincoln Drive, West Cross Road, Wood Road and North Houghton Street each recorded one deed.
