The town of Stockbridge appeared as grantee in two recordings: 200 Old Stockbridge Rd., transferred from trustees Nancy B. Roof and Robert E. Doyle, and a special permit filing at 1 Larrywaug Cross Rd. involving the town's Select Board. Neither disclosed a price.

Several other recordings, including those at 2 East St. and 10 Maple Lane, involved trusts or trustees, consistent with estate or family-related transfers rather than open-market sales.
