TOP SALES 19 Pearl St sold for $200,000 on Sept. 11. Amy E. Wiles, also recorded as Amy E. Schroder, transferred the property to Adams Community Bank. It is the only transfer in this period with a recorded sale price. NEIGHBORHOOD BREAKDOWN Haggerty Street accounted for three separate recordings tied to the same property at 3 Haggerty St, all dated Sept. 15: a transfer from the estate of Joan Hamilton to Martin Hamilton, followed by Martin Hamilton moving the property into the Martin Hamilton Revocable Trust. Martin Hamilton also transferred 24 Country Club Ave into that same trust the same day. No other street had more than one recorded transfer in this period. By price tier, the lone priced sale, 19 Pearl St at $200,000, falls under $500,000; the remaining 19 transfers cannot be placed into a price tier until sale price data is available.

One recording, a lease assignment between Solect Energy Lessee LLC and Solect Energy Lessee II LLC, did not include a street address. Bedroom, bathroom and square footage figures were not available in the deed data for any property in this period.
