A related document recorded the same day, referencing Mortgage Book 1689, Page 547, shows Adams Community Bank as seller and the Ostrobinskis as buyer, with no price disclosed.

A third transaction, recorded July 7 with no street address listed, transferred property from Jodie L. Freadman to Jodie L. Freadman as trustee of the Jodie L. Freadman Revocable Trust. No sale price was disclosed.
