Sandisfield's lone priced sale this period closes at $275,000

SANDISFIELD -- Eight property deeds were recorded in Sandisfield during the four weeks ending Oct. 3, but only one carried a sale price in the data available so far, limiting what can be said about the month's overall price trend.

MARKET OVERVIEW Eight transactions were recorded in Sandisfield between Sept. 4 and Oct. 3. Of those, one, the Sept. 29 sale at 132 Sandisfield Rd., had a recorded consideration amount: $275,000. That figure is therefore both the low and high end of the known price range, and the median by default. The other seven sales have no price attached yet; sale prices typically appear in registry data within about a week of recording, so additional figures may surface for the later entries in this period. Based on volume alone, eight recorded deeds in a four-week span is a typical level of activity for a small town like Sandisfield.

TOP SALES The only sale with a recorded price was 132 Sandisfield Rd., which sold Sept. 29 for $275,000. The seller was listed as Kristen Omalley Zetlan and Peter Zetlan; the buyer was Lee Bank.
