Sandisfield Planning Board Meeting Largely Lost to Camera Malfunction

SANDISFIELD — January 13, 2026 — Sandisfield Planning Board's January session was largely lost to a camera malfunction. The board convened at 6:37 p.m. on January 13 with the chair citing a full agenda and a compressed timeline tied to Annual Town Meeting preparation, saying the board was prepared to hold extra work sessions in January and February "as many times as we need to just to get the work done." The only item captured before the recording ended was a ministerial re-signing of a corrected plan drawing — a neighbor of a property owner identified only as Spencer had found a name transposition error on a previously signed document, requiring a corrected version to be signed and returned to Town Hall. No votes, dollar figures, or substantive deliberation appear on the preserved footage.
