Sandisfield Home Prices Range From $85,900 To $275,000 In September, October Sales

SANDISFIELD -- Nine property transfers were recorded in Sandisfield between Sept. 25 and Oct. 24, but only three carried a sale price in registry records as of this writing, with prices ranging from $85,900 to $275,000.

MARKET OVERVIEW Nine deeds were recorded in Sandisfield during the period, a notable volume of activity by raw count for the town. Of those nine, three carried a recorded sale price: $85,900, $240,000 and $275,000, producing a median of $240,000. The remaining six transfers have no price listed yet in registry data, which typically appears within about a week of recording, so the full value of the month's activity is not yet reflected.

TOP SALES 132 Sandisfield Road sold for $275,000 on Sept. 29. The sellers were Kristen O'Malley Zetlan and Peter Zetlan, and the buyer was Lee Bank.

85 South Main Street sold for $240,000 on Oct. 19. The seller was Hattie White, and the buyer was TD Bank NA.

159 Sandisfield Road sold for $85,900 on Oct. 19. The seller was Mary Gonzalez, and the buyers were Guaranteed Rate Inc. and Dart.

Six additional transfers were recorded without a price yet available: a Sandisfield property with seller Robert Liberman (Oct. 16); 19 Roberts Road, also from seller Robert Liberman (Oct. 16); 63 Roberts Road, also from seller Robert Liberman (Oct. 16); 121 Sandy Brook Turnpike, seller Helen Grimm (Oct. 15); 121 Town Hill Road, sellers Lee Bank and Therese P. Fedell (Oct. 15); and 3 West Street, where Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. and Rocket Mortgage LLC are listed as sellers and Rocket Mortgage LLC as buyer (Oct. 8).

NEIGHBORHOOD BREAKDOWN Sandisfield Road saw two transfers in the period: 159 Sandisfield Road at $85,900 and 132 Sandisfield Road at $275,000, the two ends of the recorded price range.

Roberts Road saw two transfers, both without price data yet and both from seller Robert Liberman on Oct. 16: 19 Roberts Road and 63 Roberts Road. A third property, listed only as "Sandisfield" with no street address, was also sold by Robert Liberman the same day; it may be related to the Roberts Road transfers but is recorded separately in the data.

The remaining transfers, at Sandy Brook Turnpike, Town Hill Road, South Main Street and West Street, are each on separate streets with no other recorded sales in the period.
