Gerstein; the buyer was TD Bank NA. 759 North Main Road, identified in records as Klondike Campground, sold for $58,000 on Sept. 4. The sellers were North Main Rd Klondike Campground and Nancy Baczewski; the buyer was Sheri Greenspan. These three transactions are the only ones in the dataset with recorded prices this period.

NEIGHBORHOOD BREAKDOWN Tolland Road accounted for three recorded transfers: 854 Tolland Road (Sept. 14, price not yet available), 227 Tolland Road (Sept. 11, a nominal-consideration transfer), and a mortgage-related filing tied to 227 Tolland Road (Sept. 1, price not yet available). East Otis Road had two transfers: 1828 E Otis Road (Sept. 10, price not yet available) and 1462 E Otis Road, which sold for $100,000 on Aug. 28. North Main Road also had two: 759 North Main Road, which sold for $58,000 on Sept. 4, and 2261 N Main Road (Sept. 3, price not yet available).
