Only three of 13 Sheffield deeds carry a price so far this period

SHEFFIELD -- Thirteen deeds were recorded in Sheffield between Aug. 28 and Sept. 26, but only three carried a sale price by the time this report was compiled, including one transfer above $900,000.

650 North Main Street sold for $200,000 on Sept. 10. The seller was JTP Hospitality LLC; the buyer was James Hendrick.
