NORTH ADAMS -- Fifteen property transfers were recorded at the Northern Berkshire Registry of Deeds for North Adams between Sept. 4 and Oct. 3, but sale prices have posted for only two of them so far, leaving most of the month's market activity still to be reflected in the public record.

A second deed for the same 11 Burnham St. address was recorded the same day, also naming Robert P. Barnaby Jr., along with Dawn Barnaby, as seller, with no price listed. The remaining 11 transfers in the dataset have no recorded price yet and cannot be ranked among the month's top sales.

East Main Street saw the most activity on a single street, with three transfers: 651 East Main St. ($250,000), and 667 and 669 East Main St., both listed with Kimberly A.
