Majority of Becket Property Deeds Lack Recorded Sale Price in October

BECKET -- Twelve property deeds were recorded in Becket between Sept. 25 and Oct. 24, but only four carried a sale price in the registry data, leaving most of the month's transactions without a dollar figure to report.

The seller was James D. Tarjick Jr.; the buyer was Citizens Bank NA. A Becket property, address not specified in the deed, sold for $16,000 on Oct. 2. The sellers were Susan A. Desmarais and Mark A. Desmarais; the buyers were Peter S. Kontrimas and Jane S. C. Kontrimas, both listed as trustees. No sqft, bed or bath figures were available for any of the 12 deeds.
