Four of 15 Williamstown deeds show a price, median lands at $190,000

WILLIAMSTOWN -- Fifteen property deeds were recorded for Williamstown at the Northern Berkshire Registry of Deeds between July 17 and Aug. 15, but only four listed a sale price, limiting what can be said about the town's overall pricing picture this period.

28 Bingham St sold for $180,000 on July 24. Matthew Carter and Alison Carter were the sellers; MountainOne Bank was the buyer.

1175 Main St sold for $100,000 on July 20. Mary R. Garand and Catherine A. Saunders, trustee, were the sellers; Greylock Federal Credit Union was the buyer.

No other transfers in the period carried a disclosed price.

NEIGHBORHOOD BREAKDOWN
