Stockbridge water officials weigh cameras for Lake Averick after trespassing incidents. The Sewer and Water Commission discussed installing motion-triggered video surveillance and new signage at the reservoir after a landscaping crew allegedly pumped water from the drinking supply to fill a hydro-seeder, with a staffer identified as Mike saying "enough's enough" about repeat violations. Members approved the June 2 meeting minutes unanimously and closed by remembering longtime department vendor Danny Clark, who died last week at 60 after 34 years working with the town's water and sewer system.
